Frequently Asked Questions

What type of greens will be provided?

Rabbits will receive a variety of fresh greens daily, including romaine, green leaf, and red leaf lettuce, parsley, dill, basil and oregano.

Can I board a bonded trio?

Yes; our pens provide space and accommodations for ideally up to two rabbits. If space and time allows combining pens is an option, please inquire when booking. Please consider your rabbit's size and needs when booking.

What if my rabbit is not litter-boxed trained?

Unfortunately at this time we only allow litter box trained rabbits.

Why must my rabbit be spayed or neutered?

Altered rabbits are usually healthier and happier with better temperaments and litter box skills. Calmer rabbits have a better experience and create a better environment for all other boarding rabbits.

Why must my rabbit be vaccinated for RVHD?

While RVHD has not been reported in Maryland yet, RVHD is a highly contagious and deadly virus. We believe prevention is the best way of ensuring all rabbits boarding with us are in the safest possible place.

What do I need to bring?

Bring your rabbit(s) in a carrier; bring pellets, supplements and treats in a labeled container or bag; bring oral medications with labels and instructions; and why it isn't required feel free to bring any of your rabbit(s) favorite toys, tunnels, bedding and stuffies that you think would make their stay more comfortable.

Is there really a beach or pool-side cabana?

No, unless your rabbit takes a dip in their water bowl.
